We are a specialist serviced accommodation and rent-to-rent provider offering property management solutions for rental properties in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. Meet Oliver, founder and company director

At the heart of Alliance Property Management is a commitment to professionalism, reliability, and genuine care – and this is reflected in our founder, Oliver Wesolowski.

Oliver has a strong background in the luxury hospitality industry, having worked in various front of house postitions at the prestigious Gleneagles Hotel and subsequently managed the guest relations and marketing departments at the luxury boutique hotel, Cairn Lodge, where he was charged with hosting world leaders ahead of the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference taking place in Glasgow.

More recently, Oliver has worked in both the premium automotive and medical device industries. Having spent a great deal of time in Newcastle for work, he is very well acquainted with what this great city has to offer and the property market here. His past experience in hospitality and business has taught him the importance of building lasting relationships. Oliver brings a warm, approachable style to property management, paired with a sharp eye for detail and high standards. After receiving expert mentoring from experienced property consultant Molly Garioch, he created Alliance Property Management to offer property owners a smarter, stress-free alternative to traditional letting.
